I’m Eduard — the one who turns food into art! ✨
My culinary path started in Moscow and continued in Florence, at the Mama Florence school, where I not only learned to cook, but was also inspired by the atmosphere, met talented people, and discovered the secrets of organizing large events.🍷

I am proud to have the working experience with masters such as Erwin Peters — together with whom  we opened the largest casino in Europe, and with the French chef Eric Mopen, who taught me all of pecularities of working with fish. 🎣🍣
In 2011, I took part in launching the famous Novikov restaurant in London. In almost 30 years of work, I have gathered culinary experience all over Europe — from Italy to England.🌍✈️
I have skills in many areas, but the kitchen has become my life’s passion! 🎯🔥My greatest joy is seeing people enjoy the food I prepare. It’s especially rewarding to surprise children — they are the most honest tasters! 👧🍝👦
